How It Works

Get your Zeek mattress delivered for free, unbox it and go to sleep!

Sleep on it for at least 30 nights and decide whether or not it's the mattress for you

Don't like it? That's okay! Now you have 70 days to contact us to organise your refund. Simply email our sales team to start the process: sales@zeek.com.au

In most metro and regional areas, our partner charity will be able to collect the mattress free of charge for you!
Unfortunately there are some areas where the charity collection will not be possible. For these areas, our team will reach out to local charities that may be able to collect the mattress for you. If this is not possible, we may ask for your help to deliver the mattress to your local charity depot at your own expense. Once you send in your donation receipt provided to you by the charity, we will issue your full refund which may take a few days to process.
Of course, any mattress that is found to have mould, dirt, stains, smells or bed bugs resulting from poor mattress care will not be eligible for mattress return or replacement. This is at the discretion of the charity handling the collection.
To avoid this, we highly recommend using a mattress protector - for example, the Zeek Bamboo Mattress Protector
Also, please note this 100 Night Sleep Trial is limited to Zeek Hybrid and Original mattresses only. Bunk Mattresses, Snug Pods, Sofa Beds, bedroom furniture, manchester, linen and pillows are not included.
The 100 Sleep Trial only applies to Zeek mattresses purchased via the zeek.com.au website.
