Refund policy
Returns (excludes 100 Night Sleep Trial)
We will repair or replace defective goods in accordance with the terms set out below.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Due to hygiene, health and safety reasons, Snug Pods, Pillows, Mattress Toppers, Pillow Protectors, Mattress Protectors, Bamboo Sheet Sets, Quilts, and Hug Weighted Blankets cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless faulty.
Returns are strictly not available on items where the incorrect size has been ordered. Please take care when selecting your size. Refunds or replacements are not available because of change of mind.
100 Night Sleep Trial (The Hybrid and The Original Mattress Only)
Zeek’s 100 Night Sleep Trial is designed to give you complete peace of mind when purchasing a new mattress. The 100 Night Sleep Trial is only available on Zeek Hybrid Mattresses and Zeek Original Mattresses which are purchased online via the zeek.com.au website.
- The mattress must be slept on for a minimum of 30 nights from the date of delivery. Under the Sleep Trial, mattresses are only able to be refunded after they have been slept on for 30 nights and before 100 nights (inclusive) from the date of your mattress delivery. If you are not completely satisfied just contact us at sales@zeek.com.au within 100 nights of delivery to initiate a return.
- Collections may take up to 30 business days and will occur during business hours. However, there are some areas that they may not reach. For areas outside of metro and regional cities where our partner charities may not reach, we will help you contact other local charities that may pick up from your area. Please email sales@zeek.com.au if you need assistance here.
- If all avenues have been exhausted, we will ask for your help to deliver your mattress to your nearest charity, which might be in your state capital city. All expenses involved to return the mattress are to be paid by the customer. Once you send in your donation receipt from the charity, we will issue your full refund. Please note that, in all cases, the original receipt showing proof of purchase is also required.
- Any mattress that has mould, dirt, stains, smells, or bed bug infestations resulting from poor mattress care are not eligible for a mattress return or replacement. It is at the discretion of the charity if they l accept the mattress or not. If they do not accept the mattress, no refund will be issued.
- We highly recommend purchasing a Zeek Mattress Protector when you purchase your mattress to ensure your new mattress remains in near new condition always, but especially during the sleep trial period.
- The 100 night sleep trial is limited to Hybrid & Original mattresses only. Beds, bases, manchester, bed frames or any other associated products are not included.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will send you an email once we receive and inspect your return. You'll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Eligible returns
To return your product, please mail it to COMFORT STYLE WHOLESALE PTY LTD, 4/34 Yagine Close, Hazelmere WA 6055, Australia.
Please note that you'll be responsible for covering all shipping costs when returning your item, and that these costs are non-refundable.
For items over $75, it's a good idea to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
